Located in Banbury, this 13.5 acre site combines FleetHub and Forecourt to offer advanced EV charging solutions for commercial and public vehicles. FleetHub Banbury will feature 580 spaces in total, of which 432 are already built out, the majority of which are within the 200,000 sq ft warehouse unit. The site already benefits from a small number of overnight chargers but the intention will be to phase installation of chargers across the entire capacity to support large-scale fleet operations. The Forecourt comprises a 2,200 sq ft drive-thru F&B unit, already let to Starbucks, and 29 parking spaces, with 8 EV charging stations served by 3 ultra-rapid chargers and 2 fast chargers. The site integrates on-site renewable energy generation, including solar PV and battery storage, ensuring a low-carbon footprint.
